Со времени нашего последнего посещения явно прибавилось новых гаджетов, не зря собирают деньги с туристов

This is a top secret centre for long distance calls, where all the phone conversations to-and from foreign countries were connected and heard under the KGB supervision at the same time from 1954 to 1991.And so where the domestic calls. This facility had also the task to be a shelter for Soviet Estonian government at the time in case of the threat to the state.

Now will this 6 meters underground placed 10 000 m2 bunker amaze tourists with it’s size and good condition. During a guided tour the visitors will have a complete vision of how bunker worked, based on real life stories of a bunkers former phone operator, an overview of KGB-s activities in the bunker and history of Soviet Estonia will be introduced.

The bunker with it’s endlessly branching corridors, tens of different sized rooms and halls, partly preserved soviet-time technology and with it’s history is a very interesting object for people interested in history or just for seekers of different extreme experiences. It offers an opportunity to cut off from everyday world and dive into Estonian KGB-flavoured past.

The bunker is unknown even to Estonian people and all related materials are still officially classified, that makes it even more desirable sight.
There has been done a lot of work and now the bunker is reopened after 20 years. It’s got ligths after a long time of darkness and it’s ventilated.Still-you can feel the heavy roof, tight corridors and just imagine, how did it feel like for people to work there day after day in 70-s and 80-s under supervision of KGB agents.
